Sometimes it’s easy to feel overwhelmed because of our day to day responsibilities.
Try these simple things to feel better!!
✨Hydration keeps our system balanced, detoxifies, and keeps our bodies well.
✨10-15 minutes a day exposure to Vitamin D from Sunlight naturally maintains our levels to protect against disease, optimizes physical performance, and improves mental health.
✨Oxygen- from fresh air generally has higher levels of oxygen (not to mention lower levels of pollution) than indoor air. Exposure to more oxygen causes the blood vessels in your lungs to dilate, which improves cleansing and tissue repair within them, and helps them exchange gases more easily.
✨Positive affirmations- give us the confidence to manifest our goals.
Try repeating these:
“I am worthy” “I am Brave” “I am talented” “My thoughts become my reality” “I am grateful” “I am loved” “Today is going to be a great day”.
✨Journaling- helps control stress symptoms and improves mood by: Helping to prioritize problems, fears, and concerns. Tracking any symptoms day-to-day so that you can recognize triggers and learn ways to better control them.
Provides an opportunity to get to know yourself better.
